Scoped access
Only the permissions each workflow needs.
A practical approach to secure access, protected credentials and controlled execution. Requirements are defined per project.
We define access, protect credentials and keep important decisions visible. Security is part of the architecture from the start.
Only the permissions each workflow needs.
Secrets are kept out of workflow and browser code.
Logs, validation and clear exception routes.
Approval where judgement matters.
We scope integration permissions, separate credentials from code and agree who can manage each connection. Access can be revoked when an integration is no longer required.
Encrypted transport and appropriate storage controls are selected for the deployment. Hosting region, provider and data flows are agreed for each project.
Use only the information required for the workflow. Define retention for executions, logs and documents, and how data can be deleted or exported.
Define which events are recorded, who reviews alerts and how failed actions are investigated. Avoid recording sensitive information unnecessarily.
Important actions can require explicit approval. Validation, confidence thresholds and exception routes help keep AI within the agreed scope.
We review responsibilities, subprocessors and contractual requirements with you. GDPR compliance depends on the full implementation and your use of the system; it is not a blanket certification.
Which data? Which systems? Who has access? Where is it hosted? What requires approval? How do we recover?
